We expect our sales people to know the features of the fine products we sell as well as the product benefits to our customers. To understand the difference between product price and product life-cycle cost, and to be well – versed in competitors’ products. Our partners participate in various types of training:

• Multi-day at manufacturer facilities

• Lengthy training at Columbia Pipe Facilities

• Lunch & Learn sessions for remedial or new product training

This training is also available to our customers, whom we encourage to attend or, we can and do bring training to your facilities Visiting manufacturers is a great learning experience for Columbia Pipe partners and our customers.
