Steve Walsh

Regional Manager—Chicago Metro Contractors

Steve is the Regional Contractor Manager for the Aurora, Chicago, Elgin, Gurnee, Joliet, and Northern Indiana locations, bringing SERVICE plus SOLUTIONS to a large, mature marketplace.  He grew up in the industry; his grandfather started a pipe, valve and fittings supply house in 1924, and was one of Columbia Pipe’s original competitors.  Steve started at Columbia Pipe in 1994.

He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and 4 children.  In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing golf and snowboarding.   An avid music fan, Steve attends live music performances at hip venues like Chicago’s House of Blues.  His musical tastes are vast and varied.  He attended Loyola University in New Orleans, where he earned a B.A. in Communications and Loyola University in Chicago, where he earned an M.B.A.
