We are a full-service company that has expertise in every one of our businesses. We can and do help our customers a great deal in finding the right product and troubleshooting. We also have extensive support from our manufacturers for the most complex issues.

Do you offer credit to businesses wanting to order from you?

Are you involved in commercial or residential plumbing?

Our plumbing business is primarily geared towards commercial plumbing, although we stock and sell Moen, Lasco Bathware and American Standard plus more residential brands. We do not have a show room and we do not sell to the public.

Do you export?

We do not currently export products out of the United States of America, although we sell products to customers who do.

How does material get from Columbia Pipe to our customers?

We offer delivery service to all customers. We have a fleet of 78 delivery vehicles. Every one of our branches offers delivery. We also offer Columbia ExpressTM emergency delivery. Products may be picked up at Will Call counters at most branches.

Do you offer warrantees?

We offer warranties per the manufacturer’s warrantees. Warranties vary according to date of our purchase, date of installation, and the product.

Do you have a return policy?

Material may be returned with prior consent. Requests for permission to return material must include proof of purchase. All material to be returned must be in new and resalable condition subject to inspection. Non-stock material shipped or held for future delivery may be returned if and only if the manufacturer issues a return authorization. Any material returned may be subject to restocking/handling and freight charges.

Who are your customers?

Our customers include a wide range of contractors, OEMs, MROs, and institutional clients such as hospitals, schools, and commercial property managers. We currently do not sell to the public, nor do we sell retail.

Do you sell to homeowners?

We are a commercial supply house and are unable to service private homeowners.
